Examination and Common Testing:
New Patient Onboarding House Call/Examination Fee (with reserved parking) - $250
New Patient Onboarding House Call/Examination Fee (without reserved parking) - $300
Current Patients Wellness Visit - 1 Hour House Call/Examination Fee (with reserved parking) - $200
Current Patients Wellness Visit - 1 Hour House Call/Examination Fee (without reserved parking) - $250**
URGENT CARE - SAME DAY VISIT - $450 - All patients - These visit's can take up to 1.5-2 hours and are not always available depending present scheduling. No same day bloodwork results - if that's necessary you must go to an EMERGENCY HOSPITAL - I recommend BluePearl Clearwater.
SAME WEEK VISIT/SICK PET VISIT - $350 - All Patients - If Available
Additional Pet Exam During The Time of A House Call - $55 (First Pet will be $200-300 and 2nd-5th Pet Seen During This Visit Will Be $55 each)
Vaccinations: $25 Each
Heartworm Test: $38 Each
Fecal Examination to look for Parasites: $35 Each
Routine Bloodwork (CBC/Chemistry/Thyroid): $175 - $200
Urine Test to look for infection/crystals: $50
Urine Test via Ultrasound Guided Technique: $75 (this also checks for stones)
In Home Euthanasia for Current Patient with Current Examination: $250
In Home Euthanasia for Non-Patient: $350 (If the veterinarian feels that intervention could help the pet maintain a good quality life for a time, the vet will be unable to perform this service and a total refund will be issued or treatment options will be presented. Also we do not, for any reason, perform behavior euthanasia on a non-patient i.e. euthanasia of a young animal with behavioral problems that we have not had the chance to discuss and treat during a house call assessment.
Heartworm Prevention:
I carry Iverhart Plus at all times: $35-$50 for a 6 month supply.
Flea/Tick Prevention:
Dogs - I carry Seresto Collars: $62 each - lasts 8 months.
Cats - I carry Cheristin: $75 for 6 month supply.
** Reserved parking means that there is a space in front of your home, which I can use to park my vehicle. This space does not have to be officially reserved, but it must be close to the front door of your home and open/available upon my arrival so that I don't have to take up any extra time looking for an open parking space that is close.
